A family soft washing company serving Chicagoland since 2017, coming off a bad experience with a previous marketing hire. Their old page was a generic builder template, and behind it, their business email had quietly stopped receiving mail. Estimate requests were going somewhere; answers weren't coming back.
What we did: rebuilt the site from scratch around the work they actually do, in the owner's own words. Wired every estimate request straight into their CRM, so a new lead texts the owner's phone within seconds. Found the broken email and fixed it. The site went live on their own domain the same day they said yes.
